Why Kosher?
Eden appreciates the value of kosher and pursued the highest quality certification after realizing that in providing our customers with what they wanted, almost all of our food was already strictly kosher. We chose the Organized Kashrus Laboratories and their 'circle K', mark because of their reputation for meticulous attention to detail dating back to 1935. The 'circle K', when it appears alone as on Eden packages, means that the food is pareve as well as kosher. Pareve means that food and food contact surfaces are free of both dairy and meat. It means that none of the equipment used in processing or storing the food has ever come into contact with any animal product.
