Tết takes place from the first day of the first month of the Lunar calendar until at least the third day. Many Vietnamese prepare for Tết by cooking special holiday foods and cleaning the house. Organik's Basa fish only eat food approved by International Inspectors from Germany's NATURLAND. Many people refuse to eat local fish. Why do they say that? They say these fish eat contminated foods and are treated with antibodies to prevent disease. You can rest assured that while this may be true for about some of the Basa fish sold in the markets it is not true for our Basa. Try some. You'll taste the difference.
